The Manato Family Dentistry, LLC Accepts All PPO Insurance Plans.

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We accept all PPO dental insurance plans and most major credit cards. As a courtesy to you, our staff will assist you in preparing your insurance claims with other insurance carriers.

Please be aware that your dental insurance plan is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Your treatment will be determined by your dental needs and your general health, not by your dental plan. It is your responsilbility to know the benefits, limitations, and exclusions of your plan. Dental benefits, however, can vary considerably from one plan to another. While most insurance plans allow you to choose your own dentist, others require you to receive care from a limited number of dentists. If you are unhappy with it's specific coverage, please contact your employer.

The Manato Family Dentistry, LLC will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment plan options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you, your smile, and your Family. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs in writing before treatment is administered. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager, Maribel, prior to receiving treatment.

In many cases, a treatment plan can exceed your insurance carrier's coverage limit. To help make dental services more affordable, our practice offers an easy to use finance plan through our financing partner, CareCredit. By completing a simple and confidential application, we can qualify you within minutes. There is NO application fee.

We are not responsible, nor can we guarantee, how your insurance carrier will pay on the claim. Once the insurance carrier has paid their portion, the remaining balance will become your responsibility.
