Maribel, Office Manager
Maribel earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine in Centro Escolar University, Manila, Philippines. She also finished her Master's Degree at the same school. She went to Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan for Post-graduate studies in Endodontics through study grants from Japan Dental Association and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Administering the day-to-day activities of the dental office is part of her role in The Manato Family Dentistry. She likes to attend continuing education courses in practice management.
She loves to take her son to sports activities.

Shakira, Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I studied at the University of Maryland where I earned my Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene, and local anesthesiology. I have been in Dentistry for almost 24 years since 1998. I started as a Dental Receptionist. I love helping people, and seeing the smile on their faces. I love to spend time with my family and friends, laugh, read, and eat a variety of good food. I love to see you all at The Manato Family Dentistry.
